Monthly Gym Membership – Important Information for Ages 13–16

Members aged 13–16 years old are welcome to use the gym, however, they must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times.

Members aged 13–16 must not be left unattended at any point while using the gym facilities. The accompanying parent or responsible adult is required to remain with them throughout their visit.

Before entry to the gym is permitted, the parent or responsible adult in charge must complete and sign the Safeguarding Policy Form at Reception. This must be completed before the young member is allowed access to the gym.

Membership includes 3 wellness sessions per week from the following:

• Contrast Therapy
• Floatation Tank
• Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
• Red Light Therapy
• Compression Therapy
• Massage Chair

Unlimited Gym Access - 3 sessions per week
